  • What to expect:
    We typically recommend a series of 2 treatments spaced about 6–8 weeks apart to build collagen. After that, most clients maintain their results with 1 treatment per year.

    How long does it last?
    Results develop gradually over a few months, full results at 6 months and can last up to 2 years — making it one of the longest-lasting and most natural options for rejuvenating the neck.

  • Sculptra is a biostimulatory injectable made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) — a compound that encourages your body to produce more of its own collagen.

    Unlike traditional fillers that add immediate volume, Sculptra works gradually by rebuilding the skin’s underlying structure over time. As your body absorbs the PLLA particles, it kickstarts collagen production, leading to firmer, smoother, and more youthful-looking skin that lasts.

    It’s especially effective for treating areas with volume loss, skin laxity, or crepey texture — like the cheeks, temples, jawline, and neck — all without looking overfilled or unnatural.

    Results appear gradually over 3-6 months and can last up to 2 years or more with proper maintenance, which is one treatment per year.

  • For most patients, we recommend a series of 2 Sculptra treatments spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart to begin. This gives your body time to respond and start building collagen naturally.

    From there, results continue to improve over the following months as collagen regenerates beneath the skin. Once the desired outcome is reached, a single maintenance treatment once per year is typically enough to preserve your results.

    That said, treatment plans may vary based on individual goals, skin quality, and age. During your consultation, we’ll assess your skin and create a personalized plan that suits your needs.

  • Sculptra is ideal for treating crepey skin, horizontal neck lines (tech neck), and mild skin laxity. It helps restore structure and support to aging skin, improving tone and texture gradually and naturally.

  • Downtime is minimal. You may experience slight swelling, bruising, or tenderness at the injection sites, but most clients return to normal activities the same day.

  • Sculptra is best for clients noticing early to moderate signs of aging in the neck, or those wanting to prevent collagen loss before it starts. It’s ideal for anyone seeking a gradual, natural-looking result rather than a quick fix.

  • Sculptra is not recommended for individuals with a history of autoimmune disorders, keloid scarring, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. A full medical history will be reviewed during your consultation to ensure this treatment is appropriate and safe for you.
