You Spent All Summer Taking Care of Everyone Else. Now It’s Your Turn to Take Care of Yourself.

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes at the end of August.

Not the tired-from-doing-nothing kind. The tired-from-doing-everything kind. The kind that belongs to the parent who spent two months completely in service of their kids, the teacher who spent summer preparing for a classroom full of other people's children, the caregiver who kept everything running while everyone else got to relax.

September is when that person finally exhales.

Schedules come back. Routines return. And for the first time in months, there is a quiet moment to think about something other than everyone else.

If that moment is now, this is for you.

What it actually looks like to put yourself first

It does not have to be a big commitment or a complicated plan. It does not have to mean overhauling your entire routine or booking a stack of appointments you are not sure you are ready for.

It usually starts with one thing. A consultation. A single appointment. A decision to finally act on something you have been thinking about for a while.

We see this every September. People who have been meaning to do something for themselves for months, sometimes longer, and who finally have a moment to follow through. What surprises most of them is how straightforward it actually is once they start. A good consultation is just a conversation. You talk about your skin, what bothers you, what you are hoping for, and what fits realistically into your life. We build something from there.

There is no pressure to commit to a full plan on day one. Most people just need a starting point, and that is exactly what we help with.

Treatments worth knowing about

These are treatments we recommend year-round, not because the season is right, but because your skin is always worth taking care of. Whatever time of year you are reading this, the options below are worth understanding.

Facials

If you have never had a medical-grade facial, the difference between this and a spa facial is worth knowing. Medical aesthetician facials are built around your skin, not a standard menu. They address what is actually happening, whether that is congestion, dehydration, sensitivity, pigmentation, or general dullness, and they work cumulatively over time.

One facial is nice and all, but monthly facials are where the real change happens. Skin that is being cared for consistently just behaves differently. It holds results from other treatments better, responds more predictably, and generally looks and feels more like skin you are proud of.

Microneedling

Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin that trigger the body's natural wound healing response, stimulating collagen and elastin production over time. It is one of our most requested treatments for skin texture, tone, enlarged pores, and overall skin quality.

Most people do three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Downtime is minimal, usually 24 to 48 hours of redness, and most clients are back to their normal routine the next day. It is a treatment that fits into a real life without asking too much of it.

Sylfirm X

Sylfirm X combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered at precise depths in the dermis. Where standard microneedling works primarily at the surface, the RF component allows Sylfirm to address structural concerns that live deeper: laxity along the jawline, early jowling, overall skin quality, texture, and acne scarring.

It is not a single-concern treatment, which is part of what makes it worth understanding. Most people come in thinking it is only for one thing and leave the consultation with a much clearer picture of how much it actually addresses. Three sessions, same spacing as microneedling, similar downtime.

Chemical peels

Chemical peels use carefully chosen acids to resurface the skin, improving pigmentation, brightness, texture, and overall clarity. They work well as a standalone treatment and pair naturally with microneedling or Sylfirm X as part of a longer skin plan. If pigmentation, uneven tone, or dullness is on your list, a peel is worth discussing at your consultation.

The case for a facial membership

We want to spend some real time here because this is the thing we believe in most for long-term skin health.

There is a difference between treating your skin and maintaining your skin. Treatments address specific concerns. Maintenance is what keeps the results, prevents new concerns from developing, and builds the kind of skin health that compounds over time.

Monthly facials are maintenance. And the difference between a patient who comes in once or twice a year and one who comes in every month is visible. The monthly patient's skin holds its results better between device treatments. It responds more predictably to injectables. It generally looks like skin that is being cared for rather than skin that is being periodically rescued.

Our facial membership exists to make that consistency easy and accessible.

Members receive one facial per month, and exclusive member pricing on treatments throughout. You do not have to think about whether to book. It is built into your routine, like any other thing you do consistently because you know it matters.

The membership is also the most cost-effective way to approach facial care over time. Rather than booking one-off appointments at full price when you remember to, you are investing in a rhythm that actually moves your skin forward.

We also hear consistently that scheduling has been a barrier for some patients. If the times we have had available have not worked for your life, that is about to change. Starting mid-September, we are expanding facial availability significantly. You will be able to book Tuesday through Saturday, including Thursdays. More days, more flexibility, fewer reasons to put it off.

If you have been thinking about the membership and scheduling has been the thing stopping you, now is the time to look again.

The skincare that holds it all together

Treatments do the structural work. Skincare maintains and supports it between appointments. The two work together, and one without the other leaves results on the table.

Here is what we consistently reach for.

SkinCeuticals Tripeptide-R Neck Repair because the neck is one of the most overlooked areas in a skincare routine and one of the first places that shows age. Tripeptide-R Neck Repair is formulated specifically for the delicate skin of the neck and décolleté, improving firmness, texture, and crepiness over time. If you are investing in treatments for your face, it is worth extending that care downward. We recommend it consistently, and it always surprises people how much of a difference it makes!

SkinCeuticals Tripeptide-R Neck Repair 50ml
$175.00

Tri-functional corrective treatment for early to advanced signs of visible neck aging which helps reduce the appearance of horizontal neck lines and neck skin crepiness.

Tripeptide-R Neck Repair fortifies the skin's extracellular matrix and supports the skin's resistance to visible neck aging. Formulated with 0.2% pure, slow-release retinol enhanced with 2.5% tripeptide concentrate and 5.0% glaucine complex, this corrective technology is clinically proven to reduce the appearance of multiple signs of visible neck aging including horizontal neck lines, neck skin crepiness, and improving neck skin firmness.

SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 for when your skin is in an active treatment cycle, barrier health matters more than usual. Triple Lipid Restore replenishes the essential lipids your skin needs to recover well between sessions, keeping the barrier intact and the skin comfortable. It does quiet, important work without demanding much attention.

SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 48ml
$195.00

Anti-aging treatment to refill cellular lipids.

Lipids are natural compounds found in skin. While there are many kinds of lipids, ceramides, natural cholesterol, and fatty acids are the predominant forms. With age, lipid production declines, impacting barrier function and natural self-repair. As a consequence, accelerated visible signs of aging appear such as skin roughness, uncomfortable tightness, dullness, and loss of facial fullness.

The first anti-aging cream with a 2:4:2 cholesterol-dominant ratio formulation of maximized concentration of pure lipids. Anti-aging treatment refills cellular lipids to help support the skin's natural self-repair and nourishment

SkinCeuticals Advanced RGN-6 earns a permanent spot in a daily routine, not just post-treatment. It targets six signs of aging, including fine lines, firmness, radiance, texture, and overall skin quality, and it is gentle enough for daily use without irritation. For anyone in an active treatment cycle, it supports and extends what is being built in clinic. For anyone maintaining between treatments, it keeps things moving in the right direction.

SkinCeuticals Advanced RGN-6
$255.00

Advanced RGN-6 is a skin regenerating cream designed to target the 6 most visible signs of aging: redness, uneven tone, fine lines, wrinkles, firmness, and skin texture.
